December Plática: “From Conversation to Action”

The Community Transformation Alliance believes that conversations are powerful—but real change happens when dialogue leads to action. This plática is designed to empower community members to take the next step in transforming ideas into impact.

Together, we will:

• Identify shared priorities and challenges that matter most to our community.

• Learn tools for organizing and advocacy, including how to engage with decision-makers and mobilize around common goals.

• Build strategies for civic participation beyond voting—such as attending public meetings, serving on boards and commissions, and engaging in grassroots advocacy that keeps community voices at the center of policy decisions.
