UPCOMING

EVENTS

The Community Transformation Alliance focuses on listening to community voices, connecting people through meaningful dialogue, and activating collective action to create lasting change.

PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.

The Community Transformation Alliance (CTA) is dedicated to strengthening democracy and building community power by creating spaces where people can connect, learn, and lead. We believe that true change begins with listening to the voices of our neighbors, understanding the barriers people face, and equipping community members with the tools to take action.

Our work focuses on civic engagement, leadership development, and culturally rooted dialogue—especially within the Latino community and among young people. Too often, individuals feel disconnected from politics or uncertain about how to make their voices heard. CTA bridges that gap by designing programs that meet people where they are—in coffee shops, at the dinner table, or in neighborhood centers—and transforming everyday conversations into opportunities for change.
