About the event
Manos Unidas and Community Transformation (CTA) hosted MAT Talk, a wellness focused evening created to provide a supportive and uplifting space for survivors of domestic violence. Participants took part in a guided yoga session led by Letty’s Fit & Dance Studio and heard positive affirmations and words of encouragement from a therapist. The evening encouraged participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and practice self-care in a welcoming community environment.
