About the Series:The Community Transformation Alliance is launching Pizza & Politics, a monthly event designed for young people under 35 who want to explore how politics impacts their daily lives—and how their voices can shape the future. In an informal, welcoming space (with free pizza included), participants will engage in real conversations about issues that matter most to their generation.
Purpose:Politics doesn’t just happen in the halls of government—it happens in our neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, and even on social media. Yet many young people feel disconnected from the political process or unsure where to begin. Pizza & Politics bridges that gap by creating a space to:
Break down complex issues into accessible, real-life conversations
Hear from guest speakers, local leaders, and peers in the community
Learn practical ways to get involved—from voting and advocacy to leadership opportunities
Build a network of peers who care about making a difference
